Con-Inject 2k is two components, solvent-free, low viscosity (LV), and phthalate-free, polyurethane injection system for the sealing of cracks in concrete structures. It is used to seal dry or wet cracks or joints in concrete, stone, and masonry permanently. Uses:
 Deteriorated and honeycombed concrete.
 Concrete joints
 Injection grout for soil stabilization
 To seal cracks and crevices permanently.

• Packaging Details: Con-Inject 2k is a two-component pack supplied in 20kg, 40kg, and 200kg packs with 10kg, 20kg, and 100kg respectively as a separate pack for the hardener.

Con-Inject 1k-1 reacts with water and yields a polyurethane semi-rigid foam (slightly flexible). The formation of CO2 makes the foam penetrate very well into the cracks. The reaction speed can be adapted easily by varying the accelerator or catalyst content from 5% to 10%. The more catalyst is added, the faster the reaction velocity. The end product neither shrinks nor swells. A good compression strength is obtained in a very short time. Free expansion: +4000%.
